*Exfoliate...before starting usually after I brush my teeth 1-2 times a week I exfoliate my lips. I simply rub coconut oil on my lips and brush it with a toothbrush that I have set aside just for my lips. Just gently rub back and forth to remove dead skin.
* Next I use rich brown waterproof eyeliner. Yes you read it right eyeliner. The one with the blender at the end. Like this
*I outline my lips with the brown lightly (not heavy handed)
I know it looks silly but bare with me. Now I use the little sponge blender and start blending the liner around.
Next I use a flesh colored lip contour liner. I bought mine at Ulta for a few dollars.
Out line over the brown liner
Blend again with little sponge blender
Almost done now I use a concealer pen, now you can use what ever concealer you have I just like the convenience of the pen by Physician's Formula. Now I don't drench my lips. I just use a very light layer and then you guessed it blend again.
Then my favorite part my lip gloss but not just any lip gloss but this by Physician's Formula Plumper Potion.
And it does what it says it plumps your lips perfectly. Rub your lips together and voila my lips.
Now keep in mind the base is a great way to add color to also. Right after the concealer you can apply your lipstick...red if you wish then add your plump potion and long lasting gorgeous lips. The concealer does a great job at keeping you color still and last.
Now just for fun and because I believe women should be informed here is a basic color chart to what goes well due to hair color and skin color. Then of course you decide if you want to comply.

P.s remember one of the most important pieces of lips and lipstick wear is teeth. Your lipstick will either darken or brighten your teeth. That's why it's important to take care of your teeth. I also whiten my own teeth at home. I'll show you how on another post. Until then smile your gorgeous smile and remember the "The Best Make-up of all is Joy!"
Fun! Thanks for sharing.
